We are looking for a motivated candidate to join the Operations & Quality team as a Data Analyst to manage our internal business processes. The role and responsibilities will scale with candidate experience but will primarily include management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) System (SAP ByDesign) and other key business systems. Core objectives include working to streamline management information reporting, evolving internal commercial processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This is a key role working with stakeholders across the business including Quality, Sales, Finance and Project Management and we are looking for someone with existing SAP ByDesign experience, preferably in a consultancy or services environment.

In this new role, reporting into the Office Executive, you will be managing the arrival experience for our clients and visitors, providing a friendly, welcoming and professional first impression for our business, managing incoming calls and handling incoming/outgoing deliveries. Helping the team with general administrative duties will make up a large part of the role, including managing office supplies and assisting with ad hoc tasks. Full or part time hours are available, if part time, hours will be spread across Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Human Factors Engineer to join our growing team. Being part of the Human Factors and Usability team, you will be leading a range of exciting projects across all phases of development, involving activities such as Human Factors studies, use-related risk management and building up a regulatory compliant HFE file. You will be working with both global medical clients and internal project teams on developing safe and usable medical devices, ensuring that user needs are considered early and continuously throughout the design process.
