We are looking for a motivated candidate to join the Operations & Quality team as a Data Analyst to manage our internal business processes. The role and responsibilities will scale with candidate experience but will primarily include management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) System (SAP ByDesign) and other key business systems. Core objectives include working to streamline management information reporting, evolving internal commercial processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This is a key role working with stakeholders across the business including Quality, Sales, Finance and Project Management and we are looking for someone with existing SAP ByDesign experience, preferably in a consultancy or services environment.

You will have a technical or data-driven background, be adaptive and used to engaging with different stakeholders to interpret their requirements into technical solutions. You must be highly organised and numerate to manage our existing systems and reporting, with the ability to identify areas for improvement, plan and manage their implementation and to train end users.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Human Factors Engineer to join our growing team. Being part of the Human Factors and Usability team, you will be leading a range of exciting projects across all phases of development, involving activities such as Human Factors studies, use-related risk management and building up a regulatory compliant HFE file. You will be working with both global medical clients and internal project teams on developing safe and usable medical devices, ensuring that user needs are considered early and continuously throughout the design process. As a senior member of the team, you are seen as a usability expert by peers and clients and will utilise your in-depth understanding of Human Factors principles, user needs and regulatory frameworks to independently generate high quality deliverables. You will serve as a role model in the team, supporting others in their work and development as well as seeking out new capability opportunities for yourself and the team to master.
